Work Ethic

A work ethic is a personal set of values that determines how an employee approaches their work. Employees with strong work ethics are highly motivated and produce consistently high-quality results. A strong work ethic is an attitude an employee applies to their work that indicates a high level of passion for any work they do My work ethic was taught by my mother, she was my example. She was the only person who worked FT and provided for the family financially. I want to lead with purpose to help others to leave a legacy of service to help others.

Intentionality

Intentional on purpose vision, something done with a specific purpose or goal in mind. When someone does something intentionally, they do it on purpose, with awareness and deliberate choice. When supporting and providing service to patients, my friends and family I move on purpose to serve and provide what is needed to get a better understanding to receive a better result from those I serve. This is how I live with purpose to stay on target of the goals I will reach.
